2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective product

An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.

We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs
